Halo Wars - Chumpion of 2008?
It seems the guys over at GameGuru don't rate Halo Wars too highly, apparently due to an issue they had with the frame-rate. Here's what they had to say on the subject.
The demo gameplay shown so far don't have as high framerates as it should be.
Poking fun aside, this seems too small of an issue at what was a very early stage in the game's development to be drawing a final conclusion on. More at GameGuru.
